As a retailer of WEEE, by UK Law, we are required to accept the equipment which your new computer replaces.
Customers can return their electrical equipment free of charge on a one-for one basis. For example, if you buy a new gaming desktop with a mouse, keyboard and monitor from Eureka innovations Ltd, you can return your old gaming desktop with its mouse, keyboard and monitor to us. You can either drop off the waste electrical and electronic equipment at 4 Claremont Road, Bromley, BR1 2JL or have it delivered to us by courier (at your own charge). The equipment you buy from us must be for the same use as the equipment you send us to dispose of. The generic term "computer" is not specific enough as computers have many uses and range from laptops to servers. The computer you buy must be used for the same purpose and as a replacement to the old model. We recommend trying to sell your old equipment on eBay or a similar website before sending it to us as you could easily make some money from your waste electronics. If you can't get any money for your computer then we will take it from you with no charge. You are required to contact us by using our support system or email prior to sending us your WEEE. Equipment recieved without prior contact may be rejected. |
